Training Governance Manager

Led the enterprise-wide implementation of a new Learning Management System for 2,000+ employees and thousands of contractors, delivering a complex, high-risk transformation on time and within budget while aligning stakeholders across operations, IT, executive leadership, and external partners.
 

Directed change management, training strategy, and LMS governance, including automated role-based training assignments, centralized web-based training oversight, and proactive content review processes that improved compliance and reduced administrative burden.
 

Managed a team of LMS specialists and instructional designers, oversaw project budgeting and cost center responsibilities, and reduced enterprise training system costs by consolidating multiple platforms into a single LMS while improving efficiency and adoption.

Nuclear Instructional Technologist

Led governance of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) at a nuclear power plant, ensuring compliance with industry standards and alignment to operational performance, contributing to sustained top-tier training ratings and strong support of nuclear safety and reliability.


Planned and executed enterprise training self-assessments and needs analyses, driving corrective actions, improving audit readiness, and modernizing training systems through redesigned documentation and elimination of QA findings.


Designed and delivered instructor development programs and eLearning solutions, led industry in developing in-house foundational SAT training, and improved training effectiveness through innovations such as digitized feedback systems that tripled response rates.
