Enterprise LMS Transformation
Problem
The organization was operating with fragmented and outdated learning systems, limited governance over training content, and inconsistent processes for assigning and maintaining compliance training. This created inefficiencies, increased compliance risk, and required redundant systems and manual administrative work across a highly-regulated environment.
Action
Led the enterprise-wide implementation of a new Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors), serving as functional owner and coordinating across nuclear operations, corporate functions, IT, executive leadership, vendors, and project management teams. Designed and executed change management strategy, established role-based automated training assignment structures, and built centralized governance processes for web-based training content, including ownership, review cadences, and integration of external training systems.
Result
Delivered a successful LMS transformation on time and within budget for 2,000+ employees and thousands of contractors, consolidating multiple systems into a single enterprise platform. Improved training compliance, reduced administrative burden through automation, and eliminated redundant LMS costs while increasing governance, accuracy, and adoption across the organization.

SAT Governance & Instructional Excellence
Problem
The organization required strict adherence to the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) within a highly regulated nuclear environment, but training processes, documentation, and evaluation systems were inconsistent, manual, and vulnerable to audit findings. Additionally, training effectiveness needed to be continuously demonstrated to meet Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) expectations for high-performance training organizations, where training is expected to directly support plant performance, safety, and operational excellence.
Action
Served as the lead for SAT governance, ensuring full alignment of training programs with SAT methodology through planning and execution of recurring training self-assessments, gap analyses, and corrective action planning. Led instructor program development by designing and delivering initial and continuing instructor training, while also taking ownership of SAT foundational training and transitioning to an in-house training model. Modernized training systems by redesigning SAT documentation forms to improve usability and compliance accuracy, digitizing training feedback through QR-based systems to increase participation, and developing eLearning and training needs analysis solutions using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise. Strengthened continuous improvement practices by integrating evaluation data, operating experience, and corrective action trends into training updates.
Result
Sustained top-tier training performance consistent with INPO Level 1 expectations, where training functioned as a direct driver of operational performance and nuclear safety. Eliminated QA findings related to SAT documentation through improved form design and usability, significantly increased training feedback participation by tripling response rates through digital collection methods, and improved overall instructional quality and consistency across the department. Established a scalable, internally owned SAT and instructor development model that was benchmarked by peer organizations and supported continuous improvement.

Remote Learning Transformation & Engagement Strategy (COVID Response)
Problem
A private school serving approximately 500 students and 80 staff members was forced to rapidly transition to remote learning during COVID-19, creating significant challenges in instructional consistency, staff readiness, and student engagement. The sudden shift exposed gaps in remote teaching practices, communication strategies, and standardized learning delivery across classrooms.
Action
Developed and implemented training and support programs for teachers to improve remote instruction capability under urgent time constraints. Established policies and procedures to standardize remote learning delivery across the school, ensuring consistency in instructional expectations and student experience. Designed, filmed, and edited a series of video communications for students and parents to improve clarity, engagement, and connection during remote learning. Created brand and style guidelines and supported digital communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive online learning experience.
Result
Improved student engagement during remote learning and reduced staff turnover during a high-stress transition period. Strengthened instructional consistency across the school by standardizing remote teaching practices and improving teacher readiness. Enhanced communication effectiveness with students and families through structured, accessible video content and a unified digital presence.
